Arrival and Departure Times
Check in:   14h00
Check out: 10h00
Check in after 18h00 will be charged at R30 per hour if not arranged with the management of the guesthouse.
 
Cancellations

• Cancellation of a confirmed booking more than 30 days from date of arrival will forfeit 20% of the deposit.
• Cancellation of a confirmed booking less than 30 days from date of arrival will forfeit the total deposit.
• Cancellation less than 7 days from date of arrival, will be held liable for full payment of the booked period
• No-shows, late arrivals or early departures are responsible for full payment of the total period booked.
• When refunding any deposit we charge an administration fee.

Additional Guests
Visitors sleeping over must be registered with the office and the standard accommodation fee will be charged.

Valuables
Valuables must be looked after with special care, as we are not responsible for any loss of property.

Electrical devices
Lights, heaters, fans etc. must be switched off when you go out.

Breakage deposit
We charge a breakage deposit equivalent to one bed-night on your arrival.  The deposit will be refunded after your departure, should all be in order.  This deposit may not be used to pay outstanding costs.  If replacement for damages amount to more than the deposit then the full costs to repairs must be paid.

Smoking
No smoking in rooms.  Smoking is only permitted only in designated areas.

      We reserve the right to enter the room without permission.
      Right of admission to Kenridge Guesthouse is reserved.
